I had a fellow ebayer tell me once “I love low priced/cheap sales” they are so easy! You just toss them in a bag! “. I was like excuse me??? If a buyers purchases an inexpensive item from you and you ship like that, why would they believe you would take more care with their expensive purchases? Not me! Every order gets the same handwritten thank you and the up most care in packaging. You never know when that small purchase will turn into a big purchase or even more small purchases. I love them all!

Very good Kathy! I had someone order a lot of greeting cards from me and was out of stock on some of them. I told them I would order for a rush delivery and throw in some extra goodies. There were actually 2 different parties involved and I stayed on top of it and kept them posted when they arrived and went out. Asked them To let me know when it arrived and the condition. They both contacted me as soon as they got it and we’re thrilled to receive the extra cards and postcards. I know they will be back for more because I was very proactive and involved in the process all the way through
