Hi Serena! Great question. You can listen/watch/follow a Periscope when the person is broadcasting in their twitter feed as Periscope is a twitter app and most folks link their Periscope & Twitter account. It is best and easiest by smart phone

I have a question, though. Is the only way to follow someone via the Periscope app on my smartphone? Can I follow someone from my laptop? I know we need to use the phone app to record, but what about just watching a video? (Call me old school, but I prefer using my laptop when I can). Please clarify. Thank you.
